LLC "RKS" performs bench static tests of lifting units.

Drilling rigs are complex technical systems, including a set of machines, mechanisms and structures. The technical condition of the drilling rig is determined by the condition of its components, including: the main hoisting mechanisms (winch, traveling system); tower metal structures; auxiliary mechanisms for tripping operations at the drilling site and receiving bridges; vessels of systems of the pneumatic equipment of the installation working under pressure; circulation systems for the preparation and supply of drilling fluids; a set of drives for drilling rotors and other equipment.

Inspection of drilling rigs is carried out in order to assess their technical condition both during the estimated service life and those that have exhausted their estimated resource.

At the expiration of the standard operating life, the inspection is a mandatory procedure and is carried out at regular intervals.

Control tests of auxiliary lifting equipment are carried out in accordance with PB 10-382-00 "Rules for the design and safe operation of cranes".
