Oil pipeline mud pump conservation

Washing from oil and other contaminants of all external and internal surfaces accessible for processing of units and mechanisms of the oil platform planned for conservation. Preservation of the pump motor sump and its oil system.
Cleaning of sand separator manifolds from contamination. Bleeding the system to complete washing and draining the spent solution.
Disconnection of pipeline elements (including disassembly of valves) and their flushing from contamination. Treatment of the internal surfaces of pipeline elements with a preservative for movable joints
Treatment of rusty surfaces of rods, rods, clamps, etc. by removing rust, followed by rinsing from acid residues. Application of a coating on the surface of products and packaging of components in an inhibited polyethylene film using moisture-resistant adhesive tape with increased adhesive ability.
Placement and fixation of the foam rubber imitator on the air-cooling suction filters of the mud pump electric motor and packaging of the electric motor in an inhibited polyethylene film with fixation and sealing of the packaging joints using moisture-resistant adhesive tape with increased adhesive ability.
During the conservation of oil pipelines, all surfaces of the engine of the pump for pumping out drilling mud that are open to external influence of the atmosphere are treated with a preservative.
Depreservation: Wash all preserved external surfaces with a cleaner and degreaser. Remove the polymer packaging from the electric motors and remove the pieces of the foam rubber imitator. Thoroughly wash off the conservation layer from the parts of valves and other elements of pipelines.

Preservation of the Blowout Preventer (BOP)

Washing all external surfaces of the blowout preventer from oil and other contaminants
Disconnection of hydraulic lines from blowout preventer. Washing, aging protection and storage of seals and rubber components.
Flushing the internal surfaces of the blowout preventer from contamination. Treatment of corroded surfaces with a rust remover and subsequent washing of these places with an aqueous solution
Treating the internal surfaces of the blowout preventer with a preservative
Disconnection from the blowout preventer of the locking element and its successive removal of rust, rinsing of the contact points, coating with a preservative layer and packaging in a container.
Protecting the internal surfaces of pumps with a mixture of oil and concentrate, which is poured into the system.
Flushing gearboxes with 10-20% aqueous solution and filling them with a mixture of oil.
Preservation of bearings and brake system. The bearings and brake system are preserved with grease and wrapped in an inhibited polyethylene film. Moisture-resistant adhesive tape with increased adhesiveness is used to seal the package.
Depreservation: Wash all preserved external surfaces of the anti-blowout device with a cleaner and degreaser.

Preservation of the upper power drive

Cleaning of all external surfaces of the upper power drive from oil and other contaminants.
Preservation of gearboxes.
Treatment of hydraulic cylinders and other sliding surfaces with an oil preservative, external surfaces with a wax coating
Preservation of the guide rail and steel cables and bearings
Treatment of electrical contacts with an electric corer.
Depreservation: not required
